Jacqueline is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and Conflict Management Specialist with more than 24 years of experience helping individuals, families, and organizations navigate conflict and create meaningful, lasting change. She brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and alternative dispute resolution training to her work, shaped by decades of service as a mediator and registered neutral with the Supreme Court of Georgia’s Commission on Dispute Resolution.

Jacqueline has mediated hundreds of cases across Juvenile, Magistrate, and Superior Courts in Metro Atlanta, working with youth and adults facing delinquency matters, status offenses, civil disputes, and domestic conflict. This deep experience in high‑stakes environments informs her calm, structured, and solutions‑focused approach to counseling and conflict resolution.

In her counseling practice, Jacqueline provides a safe and supportive space for individuals, couples, families, and groups to explore challenges such as grief, infidelity, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and relational stress. She integrates attentive listening, evidence‑informed strategies, and practical tools to help clients strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and move toward healthier patterns of living.

Jacqueline is also a seasoned educator and trainer. She has designed and facilitated continuing education workshops on conflict management, assertiveness, ethics, and other professional development topics. Her trainings have been approved by leading organizations, including the Licensed Professional Counselors Association of Georgia, Georgia Society for Clinical Social Workers, National Association of Social Workers–Georgia Chapter, Georgia Association for Marriage and Family Therapists, Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council, and the State Bar of Georgia.

Her commitment to service extends beyond the counseling room. Jacqueline served as Chair of the Board for the Kennesaw Charter Science & Math Academy and currently leads her community as President of her HOA Governing Board. Earlier in her career, she supported families in need through case management and worked with children and adolescents across educational settings, from elementary schools to the university level.

Mrs. Andrea M. Bobb

Professional Educator

My name is Andrea… I’ve been on a journey and along the way I’ve learned some valuable lessons. Some through conventional education (Master of Education in Learning, Leadership and Organizational Development from University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University), some from experiences in child care, in teaching and in leadership and even more from my own personal experiences.

I have four children and grandchildren. I would have appreciated having someone to sit me down and teach me some of the things I’ve learned along the way during my years of child rearing, as an Early Childhood Educator and as a Leader.

I’d like to do that for you, if you’ll be so kind as to allow me to share what I’ve learned. I know there are many questions and even more concerns of the heart as to these great responsibilities we seem to take so lightly.

  • Parenting is the most valuable of all the roles we play. As a parent, we are producing and presenting to the world all the members of its cast in this production called--life.
  • Homeschooling presents great challenges for parents and children. Can it be done successfully?
  • The Early Childhood Educator takes care of our most precious and valuable gems, our children.
  • Leaders must be equipped to make decisions for us on a daily basis that determines the quality of our lives.

So...if you’re thinking of having a baby or you already have a few;

if you’re a teacher overworked, underpaid and underappreciated;

or you’re a leader burdened by your call and overwhelmed with responsibilities,

Come...

let us reason together and see if we can raise a standard that will leave

a lasting impact of peace on our world.
